Better Offline is a private social club in San Francisco. We collect only the information needed to review membership applications and keep interested people informed about upcoming gatherings.

When you apply for membership we collect your name, email address, phone number, city and state, LinkedIn profile, current company and role, your reason for interest, and who referred you. If you join our mailing list we collect your name, email address, city and LinkedIn profile.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate membership applications, contact you about your application, curate guest lists, and send occasional updates about events. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in our secure database and are visible only to Better Offline administrators. We use trusted service providers for hosting and email delivery, who process this data solely on our behalf.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to remove you from our mailing list, at any time. Every update email includes a way to opt out.
